Would you try this trend? Wearing neon eyeliner/eyeshadow seem daring,
but I like it. You could wear it subtly for day like in the 4th and 6th
pictures or go crazy for a fun night out like the rest of the pictures.
What do you think? I already ordered some cheap neon eyeliner from hot topic just to try it out :).
